When iPrism is installed in Bridge-Mode (a.k.a. Transparent-Mode) and Windows Authentication is enabled, and multiple users are connected to a Terminal Server (a.k.a. Citrix), all connected users are profiled and reported-on under the first connected username, since the intial user gets mapped to the Termserver IP-address.
To provide granular profiling and reporting for Terminal Server users, you may:
Proxy-enable the termserver ip-address (network) for username reporting, but use Transparent on other "networks."
Users must proxy to iPrism with "basic" authentication. This configuration is needed to support individual authentication sessions on the same physical machine. This can be done for both in-line and single-interface installations iPrism 4.x installations.
